Positive Energies ApS was established the 1st of July 2009 for supporting companies developing electric vehicles, especially electric-assisted bicycles. Positive Energies controls a number of patents and brands within the bicycle industry.
LYNX ApS was established the 1st of July 2009 to develop and sell electric vehicles. LYNX ApS holds a number of Full Vehicle Type Approvals and is fully recognized as an automotive producer. Their best-known electric vehicle is the LYNX model Lean, as shown on the website www.lynxcars.com. As of May 2016, Positive Energies will go to market with a line of exciting bicycles under the MIRAGE brand.

Lars Munksoe has spent most of his career in the bicycle business. Lars holds an array of business degrees. He is known as the founder of Protanium b.v., Scan-Bike ApS, and USA Bike Gmbh, and currently controls Positive Energies ApS and Lynx ApS. Lars holds a variety of patents within the bicycle industry and is mostly known for his invention of the LED light for bicycles that is now the de facto standard for bicycles. He was also the first to put lithium batteries on electric-supported bicycles in mass production.
Lars Movild, QC & Logistics
Lars Movild has a long career in the bicycle business. He has many years of experience as a bicycle mechanic in top of the line bicycle shops in Denmark. Lars has also headed the most elite shops in Denmark. Lars holds several business degrees including a diploma in Specialized Business Studies International Marketing and a diploma in Economics and Informatics. Lars’s previous job was IT-administrator within ISS Denmark.
Lars Andersen recently came to Positive Energies ApS after leaving his job as Q/C and Sales for Protanium b.v. (an electric bike supplier controller by Accell Group NV). Lars is a skilled bicycle mechanic and was the Danish National Racing Team mechanic for years. Before that he was the owner of one of the leading bicycle importers in Denmark with sole distribution for Cycling Sports Group (GT Bicycles and Schwinn). Prior to that, Lars owned two bicycle shops in Denmark. He will focus on servicing the clients of Positive Energies, offering the best possible service-end knowledge available in the business.
Oliver Leu, EN/TÜV/ISO Certification and Compliance
Oliver Leu is based in Taiwan and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan Institute of Technology (National Taiwan University of Science and Technology). Oliver is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. He has created and implemented the ISO 9002 quality system and quality plans/SPC inspection plans. Oliver has impressive knowledge of VDA & ISO-16949 (PPAP, APQP, FEMA, MSA, Etc.). Before working for LYNX and Positive Energies, Oliver was Deputy Manager and Project Manager of Automotive Research & Testing Center, or ARTC (www.artc.org.tw). Furthermore, Oliver has worked for Alcatel, China Motor Corporation (www.cmc-motor.com) and Tesla Motors.
